This piece is # 23 of 25 Publisher’s Proof (regular ed. 350)  from Disney’s classic, Bambi.  This scene, “Bashful Bambi”, depicts Bambi during his first outing on the meadow,when Bambi timidly peeks at Faline as she anxiously waits to play. Each cel was inked over an original animation drawing and then hand-painted. The cel is applied to a background that was reproduced from the original background.  The approximate size to the cel is 10 ¾ X 19 ¼ in..
