This piece is a Limited Edition of 500 hand-painted character cels. In this scene, Anita and Perdita first spot their husbands Roger and Pongo. Recreated by Disney artists using traditional animation techniques. The approximate size to the cel is 16 x 25 in. The cel set-up was created from the animators original line drawings for the film, and was hand-inked and hand-painted onto acetate by the artists of the Walt Disney Studios Ink and Paint Department. The background has been recreated using original background paintings, sketches and frames from the animated film.

This piece is #1 of a Limited Edition of 500 from Walt Disney’s classic Bambi. This scene, “Good Morning Young Prince”, depicts Bambi as he bounds through the forest to meet his bunny friends. This piece also shows the steps of the animation process: from rough animation to clean-up, to inking, to final painting. Recreated by Disney artists using traditional animation techniques of transferring original animation drawings to acetate cels by a six-step process. Then they hand-paint each cel and apply it to a background which was reproduced using original background paintings, sketches and frames from the film as references. The approximate size to the cel is 11 ¾ x29 in.
This piece is a Limited Edition of 350 hand-painted and signed character cel set-ups. The set-up recreates Bambi in sequence 2.2, scene 12 of the film. The lithograph background reproduces clean-up animation drawings that show the various moods and personalities of Bambi. Bambi image size is 9 in.. Approximate cel size is 16 ¾ X 12 in.. Each cel was hand-inked over an original animation drawing and then hand painted by the artists of the Walt Disney Studios Ink and Paint department. Approved and signed by Frank Thomas.
This piece is #1 of 400 Limited Edition hand-painted character cel set-ups. This three aperture cel set-up, “Cinderella’s Magic Night”, recreates the Fairy Godmother using her magic to transform a pumpkin into a coach and a tattered Cinderella into a Princess. The approximate size of each cel is: 1- 10 ¼ X10 in, 2- 10 ¼ x 16 in and 3- 10 ¼ X 10in. The cels were recreated from the animator’s original line drawings for the film and was then hand-inked and hand- painted by the artists of the Walt Disney Studios Paint and Ink Department. The cel is applied to a recreated background using the original layout, sketches and frames from the film as reference.
This is a one of kind, hand-inked, hand-painted cel set-up and is part of a collection of cels that “reanimate” sequence 4, scene 44 from Cinderella (1950) to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the film. 145 discrete drawings were chosen from the waltz sequence and the animators used the inked lines and approved acrylic colors to animate the cels exactly as they would have in the 1940’s. Disney artist Len Gray has hand painted all 145 original backgrounds with one color enhancement for extra detail. The approximate size of the cel is 11 ¼ X16in.

In the center is a vintage photo of Kimball. The piece is signed by Ward Kimball. Walt Disney Studios has created these images using traditional animation techniques with the images of Jiminy Cricket, Donald Duck and the Cheshire Cat were transferred to an acetate cel by a special six step xerographic process. Disney artists then enhanced the cels with hand inking and hand painting with 33 Disney approved acrylic colors and one airbrush effect. The background scene features reproductions of character animation drawings by Ward Kimball. The work was lithographically printed on premium quality acid free paper. The approximate size is 21 X 15 ¾.

This is a giclee by artist Mark Seppala celebrating the Diamond Jubilee of the Walt Disney Company. Set in the clouds the piece shows many of the main Disney characters and the theme parks progressing from the early days of Disneyland to present day Walt Disney World with its various lands. The general edition size is 350 with 15 artist’s proofs. This piece was limited for purchase at the 1999 Disneyana Convention. The approximate size is 171/4 by 30.
This is a limited edition giclee print featuring high resolution digital scans of 13 individual concept paintings by longtime Disney Imagineer, Marc Davis. The original paintings were created by Davis between 1963 and 1977 as concepts for projects within the various “lands” and attractions at Walt Disney World Resorts Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Florida.A special remarque of the artworks title has been added as a tribute to Mr. Davis. The piece is signed by Davis’s wife, Alice Davis to commemorate her involvement in some of the costume designs depicted in this print. This piece was only available for purchase at the Disneyana Convention in 2000. The approximate size of the piece is 17 X 20 ¾.

In this scene, “Baby Mine”, Mrs. Jumbo and her baby, Dumbo, share a tender moment inside the circus tent. The approximate size of the cel is 9 ¼ X 12 ¼ in.. The cel was recreated from the animator’s original line drawings for the film and was then hand-inked and hand- painted by the artists of the Walt Disney Studios Paint and Ink Department. This limited edition was produced in 1994. Original layouts and sketches used in the production of Dumbo were used for reference by Disney artists who created the background.
